Since been purchased in 2014 by the current owner she has benefitted from new paint,New Yanmar engine ,New sails,running rigging and some deck hardware.plus all new thru hull fittings with ball valves.She is located in Miami Florida and is available for showing by appointment She had a complete paint job done by Manitowoc Marina in WI prior to been brought south on her own bottom. She is ICW friendly
A new centreboard was made a few years ago and the pennant cables were replaced with Dyneema line.

- Topsides were sanded and painted with Awlgrip 2000 oyster white in 2016

- Varnish was stripped and given 12 coats of varnish in 2018 and gets maintenance coats every year.
